In order to ensure that students and pupils can conveniently travel to their permanent places of residence during the winter holidays, the Ministry of Transport, Uzbekistan Railways JSC, and Uzbekistan Airways JSC are introducing additional benefits.
Within the framework of this initiative, from December 18, 2025 to January 12, 2026 (inclusive), the sale of train and air tickets with a 50 percent discount for students and pupils will be launched.
The benefit applies to all destinations across the country — the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the regions, and the city of Tashkent. The discount provides additional financial relief for students and pupils traveling during the holidays, and also contributes to making passenger transportation services more convenient and affordable.
According to officials, these measures are aimed at ensuring that young people return home safely, comfortably, and at affordable prices, as well as at ensuring their timely arrival at educational institutions at the end of the holidays.
