In Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions, variable cloudiness is expected with no precipitation. Fog or wind is possible. The wind will blow from the east at 5-10 m/s. East wind 7-12 m/s. Temperature at night 0-5°C, in the daytime 8-13°C.
In mountainous areas, the weather will be changeable with the possibility of rain and snow. Fog or wind may intensify. The wind will blow from the east at 7-12 m/s. East wind 7-12 m/s. Temperature at night -2°C, in the daytime 1-6°C.
