Saida Mirziyoyeva outlined five priority areas in an interview

In her first major interview, the head of the presidential administration, Saida Mirziyoyeva, spoke in detail about her duties, the work style of the head of state, and the most important goals facing the administration.
According to him, the Presidential Administration mainly defines strategic directions and provides a clear "roadmap" for the executive system. Mirziyoyeva called today's process an era of reforms and emphasized that changes require continuous control and great responsibility.
In the interview, he also touched upon the personal qualities of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, describing the head of state as a leader who listens to people, respects them, and can develop the team. According to Mirziyoyeva, reforms yield results not only through strictness but also through flexibility and wisdom.
The most interesting part is the list of priority areas. Mirziyoyeva listed five main tasks facing the administration: water, education, healthcare, business, and the judicial system. He especially highlighted the water issue as one of the biggest challenges of the future. He noted that changes in education and medicine are a long-term process.
Regarding the judicial system, he expressed a sharp opinion: without a transparent and fair judiciary, the remaining reforms will not work fully. Because trust, investment, the business environment, and the rights of citizens still depend on the rule of law.
Personally, Mirziyoyeva said that she enjoys international diplomacy and dialogue and reiterated the main goal: to improve the lives of the people, every person is important. He linked the reasons for the appointment to the need to directly convey to the president the real situation on the ground, to show the real picture without hiding it.
In short, the main signal of the interview is this: priorities have been set, now the biggest requirement is to strengthen implementation and make the result noticeable on the ground.
