Qatar's skies closed: 48 Uzbek citizens remained at Doha airport

According to the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Qatar, 48 citizens who were supposed to return to Tashkent were stranded at Hamad International Airport in Doha due to the temporary closure of Qatar's airspace.

According to reports, due to the temporary suspension of flights, there were problems with accommodating passengers. Embassy staff immediately intervened in the situation and managed to temporarily accommodate the citizens in hotels.

It was emphasized that the reopening of Qatar's airspace will ensure the safe return of Uzbek citizens to their homeland. The situation is under the control of the embassy, and citizens are asked not to panic and to rely only on official sources.
