Teachers may undergo mandatory annual health check-ups

In Uzbekistan, a proposal has been developed to constantly monitor the health of pedagogical workers and conduct mandatory annual medical examinations. This is specifically stipulated in the relevant draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, and the initiative is aimed at ensuring a guarantee of health for teachers.
According to the draft, teachers working in all state and private educational institutions of the republic are required to undergo an annual periodic medical examination. This measure is important for maintaining the effectiveness of teachers' professional activities and providing quality education to children.
Teachers working directly with children in state educational organizations undergo medical examinations at the expense of the state budget of Uzbekistan, within the framework of guaranteed medical services. Teachers in non-state educational institutions receive medical examinations at the expense of the organization, in state or private medical institutions that have the appropriate license.
The project assigns the task of organizing the process of mandatory medical examination of teachers to the employer. Also, during the medical examination of the teacher, his place of work and position are retained, and the average salary remains unchanged.
This initiative will ensure a more comfortable and safe working environment for teachers, protect their health, and guarantee a high quality of education. This news is also generating significant interest on social media, as stability and work ethic are crucial for professionals.
