A separate office for mahallas will be opened in the Virtual Reception of the President

Under the chairmanship of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, a meeting was held on March 13 on raising the system of working with appeals of the population to a new level and conducting a deep analysis of public opinion.
It was noted that the responsibility of the "mahalla seven" in working with appeals will be increased. A separate office will be opened in the Virtual Reception of the President for each mahalla. The youth leader and the chairman of the mahalla will be responsible for its implementation. They will study the reasons for incoming appeals and provide daily information to the khokims.
Officials were instructed to fully integrate the "Digital Mahalla" system with the President's Virtual Reception.
From now on, strict measures will be taken against the heads of organizations that unreasonably send appeals to subordinate structures for consideration.
Penalties for violation of the requirements of the legislation on appeals will also be strengthened.
The President noted that the results of socio-sociological research should determine the main directions of state policy and reforms. Therefore, sociology was revived as a science, and the training of sociologists in universities was established. As a logical continuation of this work, the scale and quality of socio-sociological research will be increased.
Now, instead of one-time surveys, constant monitoring and analysis will be conducted on where confidence is growing, where it is weakening, which decisions are fair, and which do not benefit people.
The Department of Communications of the Presidential Administration and the Institute for Strategic and Interregional Studies have been instructed to develop a methodology for rating regional and sector leaders, form a rating based on analysis, and regularly submit it to the President.
Issues of executive discipline were also considered. The task was set to establish daily monitoring of the actual implementation of each assigned task, to submit critical, open, and objective information on managers who do not feel responsible and have shown negligence.
