In most parts of Uzbekistan, predominantly dry weather is expected during the first three days of the week.
According to meteorologists, from March 16 to 18, mostly dry weather will be observed in the republic. Only on March 17—18 in Surkhandarya region, and on March 18 in some parts of Kashkadarya and Samarkand regions, rain may occur. On March 19, rain is expected in some central and southeastern areas of the country. On March 20, no precipitation is expected throughout Uzbekistan.
During this period, nighttime temperatures will mostly range from 5—10 degrees Celsius, and daytime 15—20 degrees Celsius. During rain, the temperature will be around 13—15 degrees Celsius. These values are close to long-term average temperatures for mid-March.
On March 16—17, wind speeds in the northern and desert areas of the republic may increase to 13—18 m/s.
In the capital Tashkent, no rain is expected on March 16—18 and 20. On March 19, intermittent rain is possible. The wind initially comes from the east, then changes to the west at 3—8 m/s. Temperature at night will be 5—10 degrees Celsius, during the day 17—20 degrees Celsius, and on March 19 around 14—17 degrees Celsius.
