Rental prices for new apartments in Tashkent sharply increased in February

In the capital, rental prices for new apartments rose significantly in February. On average, the rental cost per square meter was about 8.7 dollars.
Prices by districts were as follows:
▪️ Mirabad — 11.1 dollars;
▪️ Shaykhantakhur — 11 dollars;
▪️ Yakkasaray — 10 dollars;
▪️ Mirzo Ulugbek — 9.2 dollars;
▪️ Yashnobod — 9 dollars;
▪️ Yunusabad — 8.6 dollars;
▪️ Olmazar — 8 dollars;
▪️ Chilanzar — 8 dollars;
▪️ Uchtepa — 7.2 dollars;
▪️ Sergeli — 6.9 dollars;
▪️ Bektemir — 6.3 dollars.
Thus, significant differences in rental prices across the capital remain, with the most expensive and cheapest districts clearly visible. This reflects the supply and demand dynamics in the rental market, showing interesting trends for finding housing in Tashkent.
