Another piece of good news for those engaged in entrepreneurial activities in Uzbekistan. Business representatives can now access information regarding all state support and incentives applicable to them through a single system. Zamin.uz has analyzed the details of this new convenience and the facilities being created for entrepreneurs.
State support now clearly visible
By Government Resolution No. 211 dated April 29, 2026, the procedure for collecting advantages and benefits provided to entrepreneurs into a single database has been approved. According to this document, all existing benefits in our country will be digitized and displayed on the Single Interactive State Services Portal (YAIDXP).
This means that entrepreneurs will no longer have to wander between various departments searching for benefits applicable to them. All information will be compiled on the Ministry of Economy and Finance's "subsidiya.mf.uz" platform and provided to users absolutely free of charge through integration with the portal.
Strict requirements for state bodies
The new procedure imposes specific tasks on state agencies. From now on, every state body is obliged to upload information about the incentives it provides into this register.
The register will include the following important information:
The official name and type of the benefit;
The law or resolution serving as the basis for the incentive;
The validity period of the benefit and which regions or sectors it applies to;
Exactly who can use this advantage and under what conditions.
Transparency and responsibility: A new stage
The main objective of this regulation is to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information. State bodies will be held responsible for every piece of data they enter into the register. This, in turn, will serve to reduce bureaucracy in the business environment and prevent cases of corruption.
The creation of such a "transparent mirror" for business representatives opens doors to great opportunities, especially for startup entrepreneurs.
