Several parking lots at Tashkent International Airport are planned to be transferred to private management. Uzbekistan Airports has listed them for auction via E-auksion.uz.
Parking lots P1, P3–P5, P7, and P8 have been put up for sale, covering a total area of over 40,000 square meters. This area is designed for approximately 1,500 vehicles.
The lease term is set for 3 years, with a starting price of 48.7 billion soums per year. Additionally, a 5 percent fee will be paid from the operator's revenue.
The new tenant will be required to fully digitize all processes, install charging stations for electric vehicles, and implement online booking and license plate recognition systems.
Furthermore, the operator must invest in reconstruction and landscaping works. The auction is scheduled for May 19, 2026.
