A new, unexpected incident was recorded on the battlefield in Ukraine - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that two Chinese citizens who fought alongside the Russian army in the Donetsk region were captured. He made this statement on social media.

According to Zelensky, documents, bank cards and personal information were found among the captured. Currently, information about them is being checked and diplomatic dialogue has begun with Beijing regarding China's participation in the war.

Chinese citizens - on the side of Russia?
As President Zelensky noted, there is information that Chinese citizens are also fighting in other units of the Russian army. This indicates the possibility of further expanding the participation of external forces in the war.

“This means that Putin is not trying to end the war, but to take it to a new level,” Zelensky said.

What impact could it have on international relations?
