The Chinese-made Geely Galaxy V900 hybrid minivan was listed in the Guinness Book of Records as a 42-seater vehicle.
According to the data, this car has the highest results in cabin width. The size of the saloon is 8.41 square meters, and its utilization rate is 91.8%. This indicator shows its breadth and convenience for the people inside.
The record was registered on October 27. On the same day, 42 dancers were accommodated in the minivan, and people in the car's interior felt high-quality seating and comfort. The company released a video depicting this record on November 27, before the model went on sale.
The Geely Galaxy V900 minivan is equipped with a 1.5-liter engine-generator producing 161 horsepower. The model is offered in two types of batteries: 43.3 kilowatts or 50 kilowatts. Depending on the type of battery powered by electricity, the car travels up to 165 or 202 kilometers with 100% power. The car's fuel consumption is 7-7.2 liters per 100 kilometers.
The manufacturer has not yet provided specific information about the battery's other characteristics and its price.
