A 25-year-old Pakistani immigrant student, Luqman Khan, has been arrested in the US for planning a mass shooting. According to The New York Post, Khan kept a notebook containing records of his plan to attack the police department of the University of Delaware.
His notes contained detailed information about his intention to "kill everyone" and achieve "martyrdom" through shooting. After the Khan's arrest, he is accused of illegal possession of weapons. He also kept weapons and ammunition.
Currently, law enforcement agencies are investigating the case and thoroughly studying information about the Khan's planned shooting operation.
