Who will head the Office of the President of Ukraine? Zelenskyy's new proposal

It was reported that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy nominated the head of the Main Directorate of Ukrainian Intelligence, Kirill Budanov, for the position of Head of the Presidential Administration. Until November 2025, Andrey Yermak held this position, but resigned amid a corruption scandal surrounding Energoatom.
Kirill Budanov has been leading Ukrainian intelligence since 2020, and he is known as one of the most active military intelligence leaders in Ukrainian history. His appointment following this proposal is expected to be a significant event for Ukrainian policy, as this change could signify a new approach to ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of government agencies.
