Trump’s granddaughter Kai complained about her security guards

U.S. President Donald Trump’s 18-year-old granddaughter Kai Trump spoke openly about one of the most “difficult” problems in her personal life — the constant presence of security guards who ensure her safety. She said this on the Impaulsive podcast hosted by influencer Logan Paul, who has 76 million followers.
During the conversation, Kai talked about the changes happening in her life and how even ordinary everyday situations have started to feel very different. In particular, she did not hide that the Secret Service’s continuous supervision affects her freedom: wherever she goes, she is still under the guards’ watch.
She noted that this kind of supervision can become a “mood-killer” even during dates. According to Kai, when an agent sits two tables away during a romantic meeting, it naturally creates discomfort.
Kai added that after her grandfather Donald Trump was elected president in 2024, she had, in a sense, adapted to it. She said she had learned to “focus and imagine the guards as if they weren’t there.”
Interestingly, similar “supervised life” issues on dates also exist for Kai’s uncle, Barron Trump, who is one year older than her. It was also mentioned that he is popular among women. According to the Page Six tabloid, for Donald and Melania’s son to go on a date, an entire floor of Trump Tower was allegedly checked.
Kai also said openly that she is not thinking about starting a family yet. According to her, her mother Vanessa Trump always repeats one piece of advice: career first, then everything else.
It is reported that Vanessa Trump used to be a model and later gave birth to five children. Kai also emphasized that she is choosing a similar path for herself: first of all, developing her golf career and aiming to win tournaments.
