Saudi Arabia builds the world's tallest building, Rise Tower

Saudi Arabia is beginning construction of the world's tallest building - Rise Tower. According to reports, this architectural marvel will reach a height of 2000 meters. This is almost twice the height of the Burj Khalifa Tower (828 meters) in Dubai, which is currently the record holder.
The giant structure, consisting of 678 floors, will house luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, panoramic observation decks, and modern business centers.
According to Time Out Dubai, the Rise Tower project is an important part of the Saudi Arabian government's Vision 2030 strategy. This program is aimed at bringing the kingdom's economy out of dependence on oil, developing tourism, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and the service sector.
This urban planning plan also includes not only a 2-kilometer skyscraper tower located north of Riyadh, but also another large 1-kilometer building planned for construction in Jeddah.
Through these projects, Saudi Arabia is taking a bold step towards an urbanist revolution.
