The US delegation and mediators are discussing holding high-level talks with Iran on March 26. If the meeting is confirmed, US Vice President Jay Dee Vance may also attend.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is concerned that the possibility of such an agreement does not fully correspond to the interests of Israel. Currently, Washington is awaiting Tehran's response. Axios sources also said that the mediators proposed a temporary ceasefire for detailed negotiations.
If this meeting takes place, it could be an important step towards easing the situation in the region and reducing tensions.
