Three points were violated: Iran refuses to negotiate with the US

A truce cannot be concluded because the U.S. has violated three of the 10 clauses of the negotiation annex, said Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf. This was reported by Horizon.

"Deep, historical distrust toward the United States stems from its repeated violations of all types of obligations, which, unfortunately, are being repeated again."

As the U.S. President made clear on his Truth social media account, the Islamic Republic of Iran's 10-point proposal is a "framework for negotiations" and the main foundation for these negotiations. However, three clauses of this proposal have so far been violated:

1. Failure to comply with the first clause of the 10-point ceasefire proposal in Lebanon - a commitment that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also explicitly stated and proclaimed as "immediate ceasefire everywhere, including in Lebanon and other regions, with immediate effect";

2. Illegal drone invasion of Iranian airspace destroyed over the city of Lar in Fars province, a clear violation of the clause prohibiting further violation of Iranian airspace;

3. Deprivation of the right of Iran to enrichment was included in the sixth clause of this framework agreement. Now, however, the "effective framework for negotiations" has been openly and unconditionally violated even before it began. In such a situation, a bilateral truce or negotiations cannot be carried out.
