Following this, the Iranian side responded to the joke. In a brief but ironic comment, they stated, "Yes, we have fewer cards." This response sparked widespread discussion on social media.
According to political observers, such symbolic and humorous statements are more likely to intensify the spirit of competition rather than ease the strained relations between the two countries.
