
Kia has announced the launch of its new compact crossover, Kia Syros, in India. The base model is priced at $11,500 and comes with a 1.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine producing 120 hp, paired with a manual transmission.
Standard features include halogen headlights, 15-inch steel wheels, a 12.3-inch multimedia screen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a rearview camera, air conditioning, and electrically adjustable mirrors.

Higher trims add a sunroof, roof rails, power-folding mirrors, extra speakers, and a height-adjustable driver’s seat. A diesel version is also available in this trim for $12,600, though only with a manual transmission.
Automatic transmission options include a dual-clutch transmission (DCT) for petrol models, starting at $14,700, while the diesel version with a traditional automatic gearbox is priced at $19,500.
Top-tier Syros variants feature a 360-degree camera, ADAS Level 2 safety system, blind-spot monitoring, rear seat ventilation, a Harman/Kardon sound system, and automatic lighting controls.
