A ranking of the top 20 most powerful cars of 2025 has been compiled, including vehicles with gasoline, hybrid, and fully electric engines.

The infographic is based on data from the Motor1 media outlet.

It’s astonishing how much horsepower modern cars have. Notably, the top three spots are occupied by hybrid and electric vehicles.

Leading the global ranking is the flagship model Gemera by Swedish company Koenigsegg, boasting 2300 horsepower.
In second place is the electric hypercar Rimac Nevera R with 2107 horsepower,
and in third place is Aspark Owl with 1984 horsepower.
