It was reported that by the end of 2025, there were an average of 61 passenger cars per 100 households in Uzbekistan. This was reported by the National Statistics Committee.
According to the data, this indicator has been shifting in the direction of steady growth over the last decade. Specifically, while there were 21 cars per 100 households in 2010, this figure increased to 42 in 2015.
By 2020, the share of cars was 49. It was noted that by 2025, this figure will reach 61.
It should be recalled that earlier statistics showed that there are an average of 359 mobile phones per 100 households in Uzbekistan.
