Zebiniso Holiqova: “20 thousand made me bend…” — a life lesson (video)

Actress Zebiniso Holiqova shared sincere thoughts about important turning points in her life during an interview on the program “with Mirsodiqova” especially about the period before and after marriage.
According to her, in her youth all her needs were provided by her mother. Even her car’s fuel and clothing were taken care of by her mom. “I always said: mom, money,” the actress recalls.
Zebiniso highlighted one particular incident:
“At one wedding, while I was collecting money, 50 dollars fell from my hand. But instead of bending down to pick it up, I stepped over it. Because at that time, I didn’t understand the value of money.”
However, after getting married, her life changed dramatically. She says household responsibilities fell on her shoulders, and at the age of 27 she realized she had truly grown up.
“One day, 20,000 sums fell from my hand. I bent down to pick it up and paused for a moment. Then I thought: 20,000 made me bend… Once, I didn’t even bend for 50 dollars,” she says.
The actress also did not hide that they faced financial difficulties in the early years of marriage. They lived separately and had no one to support them financially. All responsibility was on the two of them.
“At that time, I realized the value of living with my mother and even cried,” she adds.
Zebiniso also revealed another detail: out of shyness, she did not tell her husband for two months that she was performing at weddings.
“I said I was going to a shoot, took my clothes, and went to weddings with my mother for 3–4 hours,” she explains.
Eventually, she told her husband everything:
“I said, do you know that I go to weddings? Today, 20,000 made me bend. Then my husband said: don’t go to weddings, I am against it,” the actress concluded.
