Mandatory vaccination may be cancelled – Florida
In Florida, a proposal has been made to cancel mandatory vaccination requirements for schoolchildren. Chief physician Joseph Ladapo said that parents should decide for their children. Although Governor Ron DeSantis supports the initiative, doctors and pediatricians consider this decision dangerous.

According to the plan, within 90 days mandatory vaccines against hepatitis B, chickenpox and several other diseases may be cancelled. Experts warn that this decision could lead to the spread of infections among children and people with weak immunity.

Cases of whooping cough and measles are increasing. For example, in 2024 more than 700 people contracted whooping cough, several times more than in 2023.

Experts say that vaccines remain the most effective way to prevent many diseases.
