After family disputes, the most important task is to ensure the lawful rights of each side. For this purpose, the next action implemented by the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau officers has become a true example of justice.
Due to family disagreements, F.M., whose marriage had ended, wanted to take her bridal property from her former husband's home, but could not. Therefore, she decided to resolve this issue through court.
According to the decision of the Kasbi District Inter-District Civil Court, the Kasbi district branch of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau ensured that the debtor I.Sh. handed over 34 types of property worth 45 million 100 thousand soums to his former wife F.M. This has become a clear manifestation not only of justice, but also of the protection of women's rights.
In addition, 2 million 60 thousand soums as enforcement fee and 1 million 804 thousand soums in legal costs for the plaintiff were also fully recovered from the debtor. Thus, the enforcement process was fully completed and the court's decision was implemented in practice.
