Official information has been provided regarding an incident in Samarkand region’s Toyloq district, where a father deliberately set a truck on fire with his two sons. This was reported by the Samarkand Regional Department of Internal Affairs.
On November 28, 2025, at 9:50 PM, resident of “Beklar” neighborhood, a citizen born in 1985, identified as K.A., got into a disagreement with G.R. (born in 1990) and N.R. (born in 1991), which escalated into a quarrel.
Following this, K.A., together with his two children born in 2005 and 2007, poured gasoline on the trucks owned by G.R. and N.R. and set them on fire.
The fire was quickly extinguished, and no other vehicles or cargo were damaged. Law enforcement authorities promptly arrived at the scene.
On November 29, the Investigation Department of Toyloq District initiated a case under Part 2 of Article 173 of the Criminal Code.
Detention has been applied as a precautionary measure against the suspects. Preliminary investigation actions are currently underway.
