Rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations rescued a person from the canal in Nukus

Today, February 17, at 08:20, a passenger passing through the territory of the "Dustlik" canal, flowing through the center of the city of Nukus, informed the duty unit of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan about the drowning of a citizen.

According to the information, the incident occurred in the territory of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. Based on the received information, divers-rescuers immediately arrived at the indicated address and managed to rescue a citizen who had fallen into the water from a dangerous situation.

Rescuers provided first aid to the victim on the spot, saving his life. Subsequently, the citizen was handed over to emergency medical personnel.
