A debtor father paid 37 million soums in child support in Buston district.
By court order of the Buston Inter-district Court of Civil Cases dated January 18, 2024, it was determined that child support in the amount of 1/4 of the income should be collected from the debtor X.B. in favor of the claimant X.M. for the support of one child.
The Buston district department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, in order to ensure enforcement, restricted the debtor X.B.'s rights to travel outside the territory of Uzbekistan in accordance with the requirements of the relevant law.
Due to the debtor's failure to make timely child support payments, a debt of 37 million soums in child support accumulated. During the enforcement proceedings, all compulsory enforcement actions were carried out to ensure the full recovery of the debt.
