The Zarbdor district branch of the Bureau has ensured the execution of civil court rulings, resolving a dispute involving bridal dowries and other property.
It was reported that a conflict arose regarding the return of bridal dowries and personal items belonging to women due to property disputes between former spouses. Encountering resistance while attempting to retrieve their belongings, the women filed a lawsuit to protect their rights.
According to the court rulings, a total of 35 types of property were to be recovered from the debtors in favor of the claimants.
As a result of the enforcement actions, all property belonging to the claimants, including the bridal dowries, was fully returned. Consequently, the proceedings regarding these enforcement documents have been concluded.
Justice has prevailed — the legal property has been returned to its owner.
