According to the reports, the incident occurred in the Khojakent neighborhood of the Bostanliq district. Two citizens hiking in the mountainous area unexpectedly found themselves in a difficult situation. One of them, a 70-year-old woman, suffered a leg injury due to carelessness and was unable to move independently.

The Tashkent Regional Emergency Situations Department's duty unit was promptly notified of the incident. Rescuers immediately arrived at the scene and, using specialized equipment, provided the victim with first aid.

The rescuers then safely brought the woman down from the mountain and handed her over to emergency medical personnel. According to initial examinations by doctors, the woman's general condition is reported to be satisfactory.

Experts are urging citizens to strictly adhere to safety precautions when hiking in mountainous areas and to remain mindful of safety rules, especially for elderly individuals.
