New opportunities have opened in our country to support women in obtaining higher education and strengthening their position in society. For women with at least five years of practical experience in their field, applications for preferential admission to state higher education institutions have started.
Within this system, the allocated 500 quota places are a real gift for women who wish to deepen their knowledge in their specialty.
Who can participate?
To benefit from this privilege, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education: The candidate must have a secondary specialized or vocational education diploma (must not have previously completed a bachelor's degree).
Work experience: Must have worked in the chosen field or specialty for at least 5 years.
Selection procedure: Women who have received a recommendation participate in a competitive selection based on the scores they achieved within the allocated quota.
Important restrictions and validity period
It should be kept in mind that this privilege is granted only once and remains valid for 3 years from the date of issuance. Also, this preferential quota applies only to state universities; it does not apply to private, foreign branches, or military educational institutions.

The document submission process is fully digitized, and candidates can apply online until June 1 via the Single Interactive State Services Portal — my.gov.uz .
