Abdukоdir Khusanov said Bellingham is stronger than Mbappe and Vinicius

Davron Fayziev, the head of the press service of the Football Association of Uzbekistan and a famous football commentator, told an interesting story about Manchester City and our national team defender Abdukоdir Khusanov in the “90minut” podcast.

During the conversation on the podcast, Fayziev shared his impressions of which player Abdukоdir had the most difficult time competing with in the second leg against Real Madrid in the Champions League play-off round.

The journalist asked the Uzbek defender: “You played against stars such as Vinicius Junior, Kylian Mbappe and Jude Bellingham at the Madrid club. Who was the player who caused the most difficulty among them?”

Khusanov, despite coming face to face with him several times during the game, did not mention Mbappe or Vinicius. His answer surprised Fayziev a little:

"Indeed, all three are strong players, but the most difficult of them was playing against Jude Bellingham. Because Bellingham is very strong physically, it took a lot of strength to fight him and stop him," Abdukоdir replied.

It is worth recalling that Abdukоdir Khusanov joined English champions Manchester City from the French club Lens in the winter transfer window. The Uzbek player has played 9 games in all competitions for the "city" so far, scoring one goal. Khusanov quickly caught the attention of City fans and gained the trust of the coaches with his strong performances.
