The summer transfer window has officially closed in the Uzbekistan Super League, and there have been serious updates and additions to the main squads of the teams. Over the course of several weeks, clubs have strengthened their squads with new players, while some important footballers have left for other teams.
In "Nasaf", there was notable activity: those who left — Rubin Hebaj ("Sogdiana"), Akmal Mozgovoy ("Baniyas", UAE), Islam Kenzhaboev ("Kyzylkum"), Dilshod Murtozaev ("Olympic MobiUz"). Noteworthy additions: Adenis Shala ("Shkendija", North Macedonia), Yusuf Otubanjo ("Pyunik", Armenia), Kingsley Sokari ("Kazma", Kuwait).
OKMK club also underwent changes: parted ways with Sardor Rakhmonov ("Sogdiana"), Abubakirrizo Turdialiev ("Shurtan"), Asilbek Aysarov (OshMU, Kyrgyzstan), Abror Karimov and Kleydi Datsi ("Kukon-1912"). The main new names: Ibrohim Yuldoshev ("Lokomotiv"), Khamidullo Abduhamidov ("Bunyodkor"), Shahzod Toirov ("Navbahor").

There were also serious changes in "Neftchi": Toma Tabatadze ("Bukhara"), Muhammadali Giyosov and Jamshid Boltaboev ("Navbahor"), Shohruh Gadoev ("Kukon-1912") left. Silvanus Nimeli ("Sumgayit", Azerbaijan), Joel Kojo ("Istiqlol", Iran), Alisher Odilov ("Navbahor"), Shahzod Ne'matjonov ("Shurtan") joined the team.
"Pahktakor" also saw major changes: Muhammadali Urinboev ("Antwerp", Belgium), Abdulla Abdullaev ("Dibba Al Fujairah", UAE), Otabek Jurakoziev ("Andijan") and others left the club. New players — Bobur Abdikholikov ("Sumgayit", Azerbaijan), Hojimat Erkinov ("Al Wahda", UAE), Zaid Tahsin ("Al Quwa Al Jawiya", Iraq), Behruz Askarov ("Turon", Kazakhstan), Aziz Turghunboev ("Sivasspor", Turkey).
In "Surkhon", Jahongir Abdusalomov ("Dynamo"), Dmitriy Pletnev ("Dynamo") and others left, Rustam Turdimurodov ("Andijan") and Muhsin Bozorov ("Dynamo") came.

In "Kyzylkum" and "Mash'al" there were also noticeable changes. From "Kyzylkum", Alen Mashovich and Elguja Lobzhanidze ("Zhenis", Kazakhstan) left, Islam Kenzhaboev ("Nasaf"), Shohruz Norkhonov ("Bukhara"), Asror Gafurov ("Bashundhara", Bangladesh) joined. From "Mash'al", Vladimir Vagin, Ibrohim Nu'monov ("Bukhara"), Mudasiru Salifu ("ES Setif", Algeria) left, Dmitriy Yashin ("Kuban", Russia), Nuriddin Nuriddinov ("Alay", Kyrgyzstan), Aminu Umar ("Degirmenlik", Cyprus) joined.
In "Bukhara", "Kukon-1912", "Shurtan" and "Khorezm" there were also a number of changes. Each arrival and departure in clubs, undoubtedly, increases the intrigue and competition of the national championship.
For Super League fans, this summer transfer period is the beginning of an era of new players, new playing styles, and new goals. Which teams will succeed in the new season — time will tell, but one thing is certain: the competition in the championship will be even hotter.
