To'rabek Habibullayev won the Liverpool ring and became world champion

Uzbek boxers are winning gold medals at the World Championships among adults in Liverpool.

In the third final of the day, in the -90 kg weight category, our compatriot To'rabek Habibullayev faced his Brazilian opponent, Isaias Ribeiro. The intense and uncompromising fight lasted three rounds, and according to the judges' decision, the victory went to To'rabek with a score of 5:0. With this victory, Habibullayev won the title of world champion.

After this victory, the total number of gold medals won by the Uzbekistan national team reached four. We remind you that yesterday Fazliddin Erkinboyev presented our country with the first gold medal, and today Asadkhoja Moydinkhojayev and Javokhir Ummataliyev, in turn, won the second and third gold medals. At the same time, in the women's competitions, our boxers won three bronze medals.
