According to TBR Football, Real Madrid have shown strong interest in Chelsea’s two central midfielders — Ecuadorian Moises Caicedo and Argentine Enzo Fernandez. The Spanish club’s management aim to see them as long-term key players in the midfield.
It is known that these players cost the London club a record sum. A total of £207 million was spent: Enzo Fernandez joined from Benfica in the winter of 2023 for £100 million, while Moises Caicedo was signed from Brighton in the summer of 2024 for £107 million.
So far, official negotiations have not started. However, Real Madrid’s interest in Chelsea’s players has been confirmed by several reliable sources. If an agreement is reached, these transfers could become some of the most high-profile deals in La Liga in recent years.
