According to reports, Ronaldo's wealth was included in the index for the first time, and he was recognized as the most profitable player in the sports world, surpassing his long-time rival Lionel Messi.
Ronaldo's financial success was shaped by high salaries, advertising deals, and personal businesses. After joining Saudi Arabian club Al Nasr in 2023, his annual income reached $200 million.
Partnerships with Nike, Armani, and Castrol are bringing Ronaldo substantial funds. It also owns hotel, gym, and clothing chains through the CR7 brand.
The footballer is also a leader on social networks - he has more than 660 million followers on Instagram.
He recently won the prestige award at the Portugal Football Globes ceremony, once again proving his global standing.
