
Milan head coach Massimiliano Allegri explained why Rafael Leau was taken off during the match. In the ninth round of the Italian championship, the Portuguese player started against Atalanta but was substituted at halftime.
"Was Leau substituted? He felt discomfort in his thigh area, so he was replaced," Allegri told journalist Nicolo Schira.
The match between Atalanta and Milan ended in a 1:1 draw. The only goal for the Rossoneri was scored by Samuele Ricci.
