Monaco won after Aleksandr Golovin's double

The match between Nantes and Monaco in Round 10 of Ligue 1 turned out to be very productive. In the 7th minute, Demen Assoumani shot at the opponent's goal, but the ball bounced off the post.

In response, Mamadou Coulibaly received a pass from Magnus Akliouche, controlled the ball with his chest, and sent it towards the goal (0:1). In the 19th minute, Matthis Abline crossed from the right wing, and Baderb Giraud finished accurately (1:1).

In the middle of the game, the visitors delivered a cross from the right, Krépin Diatta headed the ball towards goal, but the goalkeeper managed to save it. Takumi Minamino then headed the ball into the net, but VAR disallowed the goal.

In the 41st minute, Mamadou Coulibaly passed to Folarin Balogun, who rounded the goalkeeper and put Monaco ahead 1:2. However, the visitors couldn't clear a cross from the right flank, resulting in another goal from Giraud to equalize the score (2:2).

At the start of the second half, Kassoum Ouattara crossed from the left, and Akliouche’s shot put Monaco in front again (2:3). In the middle of the half, Aleksandr Golovin came on as a substitute and immediately made an impact.

Ouattara received a pass from Akliouche and sent the ball to the far post, where Golovin finished accurately (2:4). Nantes continued their attack and delivered a cross from the left, with Mostafa Mohamed sending the ball into the top corner (3:4).

In the 90th minute, Golovin took a shot at the opponent’s goal, collected the rebound, and set the final score (3:5). This victory allowed Monaco to remain in second place, just 1 point behind PSG.
