Liverpool fans are unhappy with Trent Alexander-Arnold, who transferred to Real at the beginning of the summer. As the teams are set to face each other on Tuesday in the fourth round of the Champions League, an act of vandalism has taken place.
The mural dedicated to Trent was located a few minutes from Anfield stadium. During the night, unidentified individuals defaced the mural with paint and wrote offensive words against the footballer.
Trent was called a "rat". The next day, the mural was cleaned and restored.
