
Athletes from Uzbekistan continue to successfully participate in the VI Islamic Solidarity Games, which are being held in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
Yesterday, weightlifter Tursunoy Jabborova, defending the honor of our country, also took a worthy place among the winners of the competition. Competing in the +86 kg weight category, he won a bronze medal in the snatch with a result of 116 kg.
Also, in the clean and jerk, our athlete, who lifted 138 kg, took third place with a total of 254 kg in two matches. This was Tursunoy Jabborova's next success at the international level.
According to the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan, this result further enriched the overall medal count of our country's delegation.
