Argentinian striker Lautaro Martinez scored two goals to help Inter secure a victory over Pisa in the 13th round of the Italian Championship. The Inter captain has now scored 163 goals in all official tournaments for the club, climbing to fourth place in the team's history.
He surpassed Sandro Mazzola (162 goals). In the club's history, only three players are now ahead of Lautaro: Giuseppe Meazza (284 goals), Alessandro Altobelli (209 goals), and Roberto Boninsegna (173 goals).
Lautaro could narrow the gap with this trio by the spring of next year. In the next round, Inter will play at home against Como on December 6.
