Guardiola Extends Best Wishes to England National Team

Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola shared his thoughts on the favorites for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. "The favorites remain the same.

We all know who they are. If you ask to name four or five favorites, almost everyone would mention the same teams.

Among them, I would like the England national team to be included. This is not meant to sound overly flattering, but I have lived here for many years and have become a part of this country.

I really hope Tuchel and the team can take that last step and achieve it," Guardiola said during a press conference. Pep Guardiola has been managing the Manchester City club since the summer of 2016.
