Cristiano Ronaldo announced on November 4th that he had invested in the artificial intelligence startup Perplexity AI. He described joining this $20 billion company as part of his pursuit of success and continuous pursuit.

Founded in 2022, Perplexity reached a valuation of $20 billion after attracting $200 million in September 2025. Ronaldo was initially a user of the platform, and then became an investor. He even said he prepared his speech for the Prestige Globe Award through Perplexity.
