The Ghana national football team may hold a friendly match with the Russian national team. This information was revealed by Ghana's Ambassador to Russia, Steem Jehu-Appiah.
"A match between the Ghana national team and Russia would be interesting. I think it is possible.
Russia has a great team. For example, this game could take place at the Spartak Stadium," the ambassador said in an interview with "Sport-Express."
It should be noted that the Russian national team has been suspended from participating in international competitions following a joint decision by FIFA and UEFA. In their most recent friendly match, the Russian national team, led by Valery Karpin, suffered a 0-2 loss to the Chilean national team on home ground.
