The Men's World Boxing Championship being held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is intensifying. The quarterfinal stage of the tournament has been particularly significant for our delegation, as 11 of our boxers participated in decisive matches on this day.
In the -54 kg weight category, our compatriot Asilbek Jalilov faced Serbian boxer Artur Nagapetyan in the ring. The bout was characterized by high intensity, tough opposition, and tactical maneuvers from start to finish. Displaying determination, Jalilov defeated his opponent with a 4:1 score and deservedly advanced to the tournament's semifinals.

Meanwhile, another critical showdown awaits us ahead. In the next match, our athlete Abdumalik Khalokov will take on Azerbaijani opponent Mahammadali Ashiraliyev. This bout is expected to be another pivotal phase as the intensity of the competition continues to build.
