Former Zenit striker Aleksey Gasilin said that at the moment Barcelona’s game looks more convincing than Real Madrid’s. This was reported by euro-football.ru.reports.
In the expert’s view, Los Blancos were able to show their edge mainly in the head-to-head meeting, but over the long run the Catalans are producing more consistent results.
Gasilin noted that Barcelona are hardly dropping points, while Real are making mistakes like they did in the match against Rayo Vallecano. “In the head-to-head game the Madrid side looked better, but right now Barcelona are better,” Match TV quotes him as saying.
In La Liga, after 18 rounds, Barcelona top the table with 46 points. Real are 4 points behind and sit in third place.
