Le Havre and Brest take points with wins in Round 17

Several matches of Round 17 in France’s Ligue 1 have been completed. This was reported by euro-football.ru.reports.

Le Havre beat Angers 2–1 at home, ending their run of poor results. Keni Ketant opened the scoring in the 21st minute, and the visitors replied in the 55th through Louis Mouton. Noam Obugu had the final say in the 81st minute.

Brest also claimed three points in the latest round, defeating Auxerre 2–0. Ludovic Ajorque scored in the 33rd minute and also provided an assist in another moment, while Joris Chotard sealed the score in the 79th.

There was no winner in Lorient vs Metz. Metz went ahead in the 29th minute through Sadibou Sané, but Lorient increased the pressure late on and Bamba Dieng’s 73rd-minute goal secured a draw — 1–1.
