Bournemouth are reportedly interested in Dutch defender Nathan Ake. This is reported by euro-football.ru reports .
According to sources, the Cherries want to sign Ake in the January transfer window. For now, the talks are about bringing the player in on a short-term loan. It is noted that Ake is unhappy with his current situation at Manchester City and is asking to leave. He wants regular playing time until the end of the season and to arrive at the upcoming World Cup in good shape.
Atletico, Barcelona and several other Premier League clubs are also monitoring the defender. Nevertheless, Bournemouth are currently seen as the most likely option for Ake.
This season, the 30-year-old Ake has made 16 appearances in all competitions and has not recorded a goal or an assist.
