Atalanta central midfielder Marco Brescianini has become a Fiorentina player. The parties agreed on a six-month loan deal, with an обязательный purchase clause included if certain conditions are met. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .
The 25-year-old left-footed Brescianini can cover several roles in midfield: he can play as a holding midfielder as well as closer to the attack — as a central attacking midfielder. This season he has had limited minutes for Atalanta — featuring in 12 official matches and scoring 1 goal.
At the moment, Atalanta are 7th in Serie A with 28 points. Fiorentina are stuck near the bottom: the team are 18th with 13 points and are at risk of relegation.
