Chelsea’s new head coach Liam Rosenior said he wants to implement an Alex Ferguson-style approach at the club. The specialist stressed that trusting young players can lead to major results. This was reported by euro-football.ru. reports .
Speaking to journalists, Rosenior noted that he used to be a Manchester United fan but now supports Chelsea. According to him, Ferguson dared to field six or seven players aged 19–21 at the same time, trusted them, and the team won the league title. Later, that generation brought the club trophies one after another.
The coach added that Chelsea have enough potential to follow a similar path.
On Saturday, Chelsea will face Charlton in the FA Cup.
